I've been wanting to update recently but there's just been too much fun stuff distracting me from blogging. When I get back to school, I swear I'll update more often :p
Anyway, I just wanted to drop by so I could write my last post for 2007 and greet all of you a happy new year. So, HAPPY NEW YEAR! Haha. The other day my two cousins (who live in Bicol) from the Conlu side, and my dad's youngest brother (who's kind of like a cousin, since we're almost in the same age bracket--he's 23) went here in Antipolo so we could bond and so they could sleep over. The four of us have always been kinda close and we hang out during summer and Christmas vacations. Anyway, the other day, we walked around the village then we went back home and drank, ate, and talked about the crazy little thing called luuuurve. Hahaha. I found it funny how guys talk openly about it. Ang gay =))
The next day (yesterday) we went to the mall, ate and shopped a bit and then we dropped them off in the LRT station cause they had to go somewhere in Cubao or something. Then I received a text from Ate Jb (cousin from mom's side), saying they're all heading to Global Fun Carnival and asking me if I could come. For some strange reason, I was reluctant to say yes even if both my parents allowed me to go. But I refused the temptation to be anti-social and agreed to go anyway. When we (about 10 of my cousins plus me) got there, I was starting to feel really nervous cause they said no one could chicken out from any of the rides. I mean, hello, I haven't even faced my fear of riding the Space Shuttle in EK yet! Pano kung may mas nakakatakot pa diba?? Pero ayun. I didn't have a choice so I rode the Flipper with them and although I felt suuuper dizzy, I was okay. Didn't barf or anything, thank goodness. BUT. Eto na. I caught a glimpse of the Ranger and I thought, ah okay lang parang Anchors Away lang. Nangatog tuhod ko when it took a 360 degree turn, mehn. OMFG talaga. But again, wala rin akong magawa. Despite the fact that my stomach kept lurching even after we got off, that my head was pounding badly from the sudden rush of blood, I don't regret that I rode that thing. I'm proud to say I survived that freaking monster. But there's no way in hell I'd ride it again :))
We left MoA at around 11 I think and although I was starting to get real nervous from Papa's rage, the car ride home was most fun I had all day :)) Super tawa lang kami ng tawa while eating Jollibee food (oha, talagang fan na ko ng Jollibee ah :p) and calling each other "bro." Don't know how it started, but we got the expression from Ate Camille who kept using "bro" in her sentences ("Excited na ko, bro"; "pagod na ko, bro", etc.). Now I can't stop saying it. Argh.
Okay that's all. Forgive me for the poor manner of relaying my stories. Wala talaga ko sa sulat mode =D
HAPPY NEW YEAR, bros! :))
